W. Eric Rathgeber, S.E., P.E.

Eric is a Vice President of the firm, participates in the day-to-day financial and staffing operations, while also managing design and construction of commercial facilities and the construction phase engineering of projects. Eric co-founded Rathgeber/Goss Associates in 1991 after 9 years of practice in the metropolitan Washington area. During his 40 plus years of experience, Eric has designed or been the structural Principal-in-Charge of more than 1,000 projects. His experience includes both new structure design and designs related to existing building structures as well as specialized structures. Projects under his direction have included commercial, educational, transportation, utility and infrastructure facilities
