The new building is a six-story, 350,000 square foot building with a full basement and a penthouse at the roof. Two connectors link the building to an existing office building and to the new precast concrete parking garage. The building is structurally framed with long span composite steel beams supporting a lightweight concrete slab. Braced steel frames located in the building core resist lateral loads. The building façade is primarily architectural precast concrete panels, except for three vertical elements finished with a curtain wall system. The five level precast concrete parking garage has over 950 parking spaces.

The following team of structural engineers from Rathgeber/Goss Associates designed the project: Michael Goss (Principal in Charge), Craig Johnson (Project Manager), and Brian Hsi (Design Engineer)
